Distilled in Ireland and aged for up to four years in a combination of Limousin casks, Burgundy wine barriques, sherry butts, and virgin French oak, it offers a truly layered and luxurious drinking experience.

Nose Elegant notes of oak, sweet toffee apple, a touch of honey, with subtle hints of almond and warm spice.
Palate Smooth and complex, starting with rich tarte tatin and caramelized apple flavours, brightening into fresh apple with a whisper of anise for added depth.
